The Diploma is a self paced online course covering the key areas of what is it, ingredients, the cheese methods, curing and more. All you need to know. Essential for those who want to work in, or have an interest in this fun area

The Diploma can be completed in around 6 weeks with one hour study per day, however students have 2 years to finish to allow for work, family, travel and health reasons.
