The Diploma is a self paced online course covering the key areas of meat processing including logistics, methods of death, butcher’s cuts, safety, risks and more. All you need to know. Essential for those who want to work in, or have an interest in this important area.

The Diploma can be completed in around 6 weeks with one hour study per day, however students have 2 years to finish to allow for work, family, travel and health reasons.
