The Diploma is a self paced online course covering the key areas of types of ingredients, types of stills, purity levels, condensation, ratios, aging, flavoring and more. Plus studies on wines & beers. All you need to know.
The Diploma can be completed in around 6 weeks with one hour study per day, however students have 2 years to finish to allow for work, family, travel and health reasons.
