This Diploma takes the students through the key areas of being a cellar-man including aims, skills, and how to manage the cellar.  Plus studies on beers, wines and spirits. All you need to know.

The Diploma can be completed in around 6 weeks with one hour study per day, however students have 2 years to finish to allow for work, family, travel and health reasons.
